Inteserra has announced today that Connie Wightman, founder of Inteserra Consulting Group, Consultant and Senior Advisor for Inteserra, Inc. will retire from her consulting duties effective August 16, 2023.

Connie began her telecommunications career with AT&T, where she served in a variety of positions across several Bell System affiliates. Her assignments ranged from outside plant to marketing and corporate data systems. It was during her tenure with AT&T that she received extensive training and gained a deep appreciation for the possibilities of the telecommunications industry. Through AT&T, she met colleagues and customers who have remained with her for most of her lifetime.

Connie left AT&T in 1985 and founded Technologies Management Inc. (TMI), later known as Inteserra Consulting Group. Through adaptive technology and a commitment to client relationships, Connie was able to grow TMI from a single-person consulting practice to a multi-faceted firm with more than 50 employees by 2022. Under her leadership, Inteserra diversified their services to become one of the premier telecommunications compliance and consulting firms in the nation. She developed a reputation as a subject matter expert in complex telecommunications compliance issues and has become known for her ability to mentor and empower strong staff members.

In August of 2021, Connie further expanded Inteserra by joining forces with FAStek Holdings. This allowed Inteserra to offer a complete solution to their clients, by combining regulatory compliance and transactional tax management. The combined client base now represents a strong cross-section of all segments of the telecommunications, VoIP, wireless, cable and broadband markets.
